Providing 10+ years of experience on marketing, business strategy & technology solutions, our aim is to perform high-quality professional service to support global clients develop the new markets in Malaysia & Asia Pacific. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and reconciling bank statements. The Bookkeeper will work closely with the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in accounting software are essential for this role. Job Scope: \xc2\xb7 Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations. \xc2\xb7 Process and record invoices, payments, and expenses in a timely manner. \xc2\xb7 Prepare and issue invoices to clients and follow up on outstanding payments. \xc2\xb7 Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes. \xc2\xb7 Ensure compliance with accounting principles, company policies, and relevant regulations.
