1. Plan & Strategy

• Formulate operational and resource strategies on well integrity monitoring and maintenance schedules, and well remedial program, whilst ensuring WIMS engineering tools i.e. Real Time Integrity (RTI) monitoring is being tracked, managed, updated and results are analyzed to ensure the execution of efficient, productive and safe P&A and decommissioning program.

2. Technical Compliance

• Strategize and drive the technical consultation to ensure technical integrity and regulatory compliance in resolving well integrity issues in the safest and cost-effective manner; in line with PCSB manual and guideline requirements as specified in Carigali Maintenance & Inspection Guideline (CIMG) and Well Risk Management (WRM), Host Country Authorities requirement, industry standards, and best practices.

3. Resource Optimization

• Strategize and implement long term deployment plan and optimization of well integrity, P&A and decommissioning program and manpower resources for an effective manning of respective activities to ensure best exploitation and management of resources, whilst formulating long-term contracting strategies for equipment, materials, and logistic services acquisition related to well integrity activities in collaboration with relevant key stakeholders to ensure the availability and readiness of infrastructures to undertake required service activities.

4. Knowledge Management

• Drive and integrate the sharing of lesson learnt, cost saving, best practices, application of innovative solutions, post-operation by publishing appropriate technical papers to ensure proper project closure while creating value and meeting tactical and strategic requirements of business operations.

5. HSE

Lead and drive safe working culture to meet HSE target and requirements in accordance with PETRONAS HSE policies and corporate governance in order to ensure safe working environment and practices for the personnel and contractors to perform the job safely.

Requirement:

• Minimum a Bachelor\'s Degree in relevant engineering disciplines, certified by Malaysian Qualification Agency (MQA).
• Minimum 15 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the oil & gas industry.
• In-depth technical knowledge with demonstrated skill & knowledge in the technical area of expertise.
