We are seeking an experienced and sales-driven Boutique Manager to lead our fine jewelry store with a passion for excellence and a commitment to delivering an unparalleled customer experience. The ideal candidate should possess a proven track record in driving sales and achieving targets within the retail sector, particularly in fine jewelry or other high-end luxury brands. A solid database of clients is also a must. Non Malaysians and those without a valid working permit need NOT apply. JOB SCOPE: 1.Sales Leadership: Achieving Sales Targets: Set and achieve ambitious sales targets for the boutique, with a focus on both individual and team performance. Product Knowledge: Possess an in-depth understanding of the jewelry products and the ability to convey this knowledge to the sales team. 2.Operational Excellence: Store Maintenance: Ensure the boutique is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times, creating an inviting atmosphere for customers. 3.Customer Experience: Customer Focus: Instil a customer-centric mindset among the team, emphasizing the importance of delivering personalized and memorable experiences. 4.Brand Representation: Brand Ambassador: Act as a brand ambassador, embodying the values and image of the fine jewelry store. 5.Adaptability: Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics, adapting strategies accordingly. Flexibility: Demonstrate flexibility in responding to changing business needs and market conditions. Able to workn on weekends, public holidays, retail hours etc. Candidates should be Malaysian citizens or possess Malaysian PR with valid working permit. We will also consider those that are currently in supervisory or junior management roles, if the candidate fits the profile. A results driven mindset is key.
