We are looking for a Boutique Sales Assistant to serve our boutique located in Wangsa Maju, Kuala Lumpur. We need someone who is familiar with luxury handbags brands, fashion centric, experienced in sales or interested to learn and grow with us. Fully responsible for the boutique\xe2\x80\x99s daily operations such as opening/closing, and cleanliness of the boutique.
Frontliner. Greeting and serving customers as they enter the store according to the SOP.
Handle customer complaints and concerns calmly; find a reasonable solution (calling on a supervisor only when necessary)
Ensure customers are well-informed on any current sales, instalment payments, referrals program, membership and rewards programs, registration of S1S community and store return policy.
Advising and assisting walk-in customers. Assist shoppers with merchandise (proper handbags, color choices, collecting items from back inventory if needed, etc.).
Promoting our online portal and our products. As well as upselling products.
Restock items that are running low and maintain proper display appearances.
Organizing products in the physical boutique properly according to the SOP.
Assist with inventory counts and placement of new products, including new in-store or window displays.
Provide feedback on the shortcomings and advantages of stock in the boutique.
Process payment by using cash register, credit card machines, and/or POS (point of sale) computer system.
Using the POS system to process payments from customers, including Card Machine and Cash.
Request and store customer information during the payment process for database purposes.
Keep a watchful eye for theft or mishandling of merchandise; act according to company policy.
Prepare daily \xe2\x80\x9cMorning Boosters\xe2\x80\x9d on instagram stories (Instagram, Facebook ) for social media engagements.
Be part of LIVE streaming activities on social media platforms to invite customers to purchase online, to visit physical boutique and to promote products.
Assist creative team in playing as model or host for product reviews or short videos.
Requirements:
IMMEDIATE Intake, to work in Wangsa 118 at Wangsa Maju (opposite Aeon Big Wangsa Maju, nearby Wangsa Walk Mall)
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
Education & Experience : SPM or Diploma
Disciplined and Courteous
Preferable candidate with direct or indirect customer service and/or retail experience
Friendly and/or easy going personality
Positive attitude and customer oriented.
Confident in Face-to-Face interaction.
Required Skill(s): Fluency in social media outlets, Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, Microsoft Excel, great communication skills is highly preferred.
