Responsibilities

Work towards achieving the store's monthly sales target Perform and maintain stock replenishment to ensure the store is fully stocked Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service Maintain exceptional store conditions and visual merchandising standards Identify and understand customers' needs and preferences Stay updated on product information Accurately describe product features and benefits to customers Manage point-of-sale (POS) processes efficiently Actively participate in receiving new shipments Adhere to all company policies and procedures Assist in training new employees on sales techniques and visual standards

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or senior retail role Customer service oriented with the ability to attract and engage potential customers Willing to work retail hours, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays Must be willing to work at

Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
