Responsibility \xc2\xb7 Work to achieve store monthly target \xc2\xb7 Perform and maintain stock replenishment to ensure a fully stocked store \xc2\xb7 Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service \xc2\xb7 Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards \xc2\xb7 Able to ascertain customers\xe2\x80\x99 wants and needs \xc2\xb7 Keep up to date with product information \xc2\xb7 Accurately describe product features and benefits \xc2\xb7 Manage point-of-sale processes \xc2\xb7 Actively involved in the receiving of new shipments \xc2\xb7 Follow all company policies and procedures \xc2\xb7 Train new employees on sales and visual standards Requirements \xc2\xb7 Experienced as supervisor or senior role at least for 2 years \xc2\xb7 Customer service oriented and able to attract potential customers \xc2\xb7 Able to work in retail hours (Shift, weekends and public holidays) \xc2\xb7 Candidate must be willing to work at Taman Tun Dr. Ismail Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month Benefits:
