Supervise and coordinate daily boutique operations
Lead, train, and motivate sales staff to meet performance goals
Ensure high standards of customer service and handle customer complaints professionally
Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue
Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation
Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and stock accuracy
Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
Assist in opening and closing the boutique, including cash handling and reports
Provide regular performance feedback to staff and support staff development
Job Requirement
High school diploma or equivalent (additional retail or business training is a plus)
Proven experience as a retail supervisor, boutique supervisor, or similar role
Strong leadership and communication skills
Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
