As a Boutique Supervisor at Eastern & Oriental Express, a Belmond Train, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer service within a relaxing and luxurious atmosphere. Your primary responsibility will be ensuring our guests receive a rejuvenating and personalized boutique sales experience that surpasses their expectations, contributing to the overall opulence of their journey. Executing sales of a curated collection of boutique products, including DIOR items, exclusive Belmond Boutique offerings, limited edition merchandise, and fine jewelry. Providing expert consultations to guests, understanding their individual needs and preferences to guide them toward the perfect purchase. Proactively recommending and promoting complementary products and services to enhance the guest experience. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of product lines, including special and limited edition items, to effectively communicate their unique value to guests. Cultivate lasting relationships with guests through personalized attention and exceptional service, fostering brand loyalty and repeat business. Uphold the highest standards of presentation and cleanliness within the boutique, ensuring a visually appealing and inviting environment. Collaborate with other departments to seamlessly integrate the boutique experience into the overall guest journey. Stay current with luxury retail trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Requirements:

Prior experience in a luxury retail or boutique environment is essential, with a preference for candidates who have worked with high-end brands. Proven ability to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests from diverse backgrounds. A strong understanding of luxury goods, including fashion, jewelry, and accessories. Familiarity with DIOR products is a plus. Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve guest issues quickly and efficiently. A high level of professionalism, with a polished appearance and demeanor. Fluency in English is required. Additional language skills are an asset, particularly those relevant to the Eastern & Oriental Express's clientele. A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required, with a preference for candidates with a degree in a related field. The ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights may be required. Familiarity with LQA standards and best practices for luxury service. Experience implementing and maintaining LQA standards within hospitality environment. A commitment to delivering exceptional service that consistently meets and exceeds LQA expectations.

Experience in the hospitality industry is a bonus, but not a necessity.
