Responsibilities

• Ensure overall MSA (Measurement System Analysis) with detailed schedules for each deliverable
• Overall commercial negotiation/CR pricing & contents review
• Financial billing review/follow up with central team to ensure the deliverables per MSA
• Monthly governance deck review and follow up
• Monthly project change management review and follow up
• Escalation management and set action plan
• Monthly country call governance/coordination
• Quarterly JRB (Joint Review Board) coordination/meeting/follow up
• Accounting dashboard governance/cockpit publishing
• Budget internal team/Accenture (ACCN) cost
• Act as the main contact window for local markets
• SSC transition/expansion of Travel Retail
• Facilitate project conversations with Accenture and DEX
• Team management/training/Coaching
• Act as main contact window for internal control topics from group and zone IC
• Follow up of SSC audit action items/update zone accounting & zone IC
• SMART self-assessment for Accenture BPO IC environment
• Regular training/communication of Group materials to raise awareness of Accenture team members on the topic
• Closely monitor gate KPI to ensure compliance/access governance
