We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Workshop & Coating Operations Assistant to join our team in the automotive coating division.

Jobscope/ responsibilities:

Assist in the daily workflow preparation and process Ensure cleanliness and readiness of the workshop and coating bays. Support the coating technicians in daily operations to meet delivery deadlines. Monitor stock levels for coating materials, tools, and consumables. Handle stock-in and stock-out records and alert for low inventory. Coordinate with suppliers for stock orders as directed. Assist with vehicle movement within the premises (parking, sending for inspection, etc.). Collect and deliver items, tools, or customer vehicles when necessary. Support internal movement of work orders between departments. Report daily activities and highlight any issues to the owner or manager. Help maintain a safe, clean, and efficient working environment. Do quality check before and after car delivery.

Requirements :

Minimum SPM or equivalent. Prior experience in an automotive workshop or coating center is an advantage. Basic understanding of vehicle care and coating processes preferred. Physically fit and able to handle hands-on tasks. Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and attention to detail. Possess a valid driving license (motor & car). Strong attention to detail and precision. Good teamwork and communication skills. Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet production deadlines.
