About the Role

We are looking for passionate and driven individuals to join our client who is in the banking industry in the branch network as

Branch Executives (Sales)

. In this role, you will engage with customers to provide tailored financial and product solutions that help them plan and achieve their goals. You'll enjoy working in a dynamic, target-driven environment with strong training, support, and structured career progression.

Key Responsibilities

Engage branch walk-in customers and existing client leads to introduce suitable financial solutions. Conduct customer needs assessments and propose appropriate products based on their goals. Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships. Participate in branch-level sales and marketing activities to expand the customer base. Collaborate closely with branch colleagues to convert referrals into successful sales. Provide after-sales support including servicing requests, updates, and client retention activities.

Who We're Looking For

Diploma or Degree holders preferred. SPM holders with

minimum 3 years of working experience

are encouraged to apply. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passionate about

sales, relationship building, and achieving performance targets.

Ability to engage confidently with customers from diverse backgrounds. Proficiency in

Mandarin and English

is an advantage due to business needs. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and eager to grow in a rewarding sales career.
