Being part of our retail team means that:\xc2\xb7 You enjoy working in a customer facing role,\xc2\xb7 You are driven by providing excellent customer services,\xc2\xb7 You are confident in handling our customers money in a fast-paced environment,\xc2\xb7 You appreciate diversity and have the necessary skills to communicate effectively when resolving customer concerns,\xc2\xb7 You are friendly, collaborative and have a positive attitude.What you will do on daily basis:\xc2\xb7Interact with customers face to face to receive and process all of Rias products such as money transfers, money orders, selling and buying foreign currency;\xc2\xb7 Accurately verify or enter the customers information on our systems;\xc2\xb7 Courteously assist customers with various inquiries such as questions about our services, service cancellations or other Ria locations;\xc2\xb7 Recognise problems, issues or complaints during queries and propose solutions or escalate to the management team;\xc2\xb7Keep up to date with Rias products, services and policies;\xc2\xb7 Balance your cash register and prepare cash for bank deposit;\xc2\xb7 Prepare your daily transactions record;\xc2\xb7 Perform other duties as assigned or requested by your colleagues and superiors.What we will look for you to have: \xc2\xb7 Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends;\xc2\xb7 Some computer knowledge with ability to use MS Word and Excel;\xc2\xb7 Cash handling experience is highly preferred;\xc2\xb7 Strong customer service skills;\xc2\xb7 A valid work permit is a must.Your positive attitude and effective communication skills will be essential to work alongside your team members and create outstanding services for the customers.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: RM2,400.00 - RM2,800.00 per monthBenefits:
