Job description:
Responsible for managing the day-to-day branch operation and various aspects of human resource, customer service, marketing, finance, and staff training to ensure accountabilities in the branch is effectively and efficiently implemented.
Responsible for entire branch operation ensuring efficient sales performance, budget management, adhere to compliance requirements in all areas of operational activity, company policies and procedures.
To ensure proper execution of all monetary transaction at branch, to review and provide feedback to management for any discrepancies.
To ensure that staff planning for the branch is at optimum level.
To ensure that daily loan and monthly target for branch and effort meets the desired target.
To ensure that daily Purchase Back and monthly target for branch and effort meets the desired target
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least an SPM/O Level/ Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any field or equivalent; or at least 3-5 years of experience in Sales, Retailing or similar field.
Able to work according to retail hours, including weekends & Public Holidays (Alternate Rest Day).
Must have the passion and drive to grow together with the team.
Possess transport for travelling and transferable.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
