Main Responsibilities : 1. Manage and motivate staff towards high level of competency and commitment with focus on customer satisfaction. 2. Coordinate with all section and branches within company for efficient running of the workshop. 3. Monitor workshop technician\'s productivity and efficiency and explore ways to continuous improvement. 4. Able to develop, implement and follow through on action plans to achieve the desired targets. 5. Responsible to execute proper process related to SOP. 6. Maintain workshop tidy, presentable and follow company image. Requirement: 1. 5 years minimum experience in the automotive field including management experience. 2. Diploma or degree in automotive or relevant industries. 3. Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Melayu and English. 4. Can start immediately / in the short notice will be an added advantage. Other requirements : 1. Be disciplined with satisfactory attendance. 2. Can work in a teams and work independently. 3. Good appearance and personality. 4. High level of responsibility.
