Job Description
The Branch Manager will direct report to the Director and oversee the branch operations to ensure customer service goals and ensuring alignment of plans.
- To deliver required Service Level Agreements for all of our customers.
- To ensure operating cost targets are achieved in line with the profit and loss budget.
- Ensure that all SOP and operational requirements are satisfied.
- Work with customers to ensure they are delighted when dealing with the team.
- Guide, coach and train all colleagues in the operating site.
- Demonstrate a high level of problem-solving skills.
- Have the experience to work and manage people across levels.
- Minimum five years of working experience in an operational environment.
- Demonstrate good communication skills.
- Able to work under stress.
- Permanent and stable employment.
- Team management experience.
