Open Position: Sales Branch Manager, Melaka (Financial Institution)

One of the reputable Financial Institutions in Malaysia is currently hiring for Sales Branch Manager to lead the Sales & Operation team and be based in the Melaka banking branch.

Key responsibilities include:

-More than 8 years working experience within Financial Institution with more than 2 years working experience as Sales Branch Manager/Team Lead

-Direct involved to plan, organise, direct and control the overall administration, business operations, customer service, sales and etc

-Develop and implement business development, marketing strategies, budgeting sales analysis to meet revenue growth target and profitability of the branch

-Lead the development and growth of the overall banking product portfolios which consist of bancassurance, wealth products, loans, deposits and etc

-Lead, drive and advocating the overall customer experience and relationship building with the customers

-Good knowledge of investments, dual currency, unit trust, insurance, structured products and etc

-Ability to lead the Customer Service, Sales and Operations team with proven sales records and leadership skills
