About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Branch Manager to lead our operations in Johor Bahru (SILC). This is a leadership role suitable for someone with a solid background in foreign worker services and a passion for growing businesses. You'll oversee key service areas and drive branch profitability while managing a capable team.

Responsibilities:

1) Oversee daily branch operations and team performance

2) Lead marketing and sales for:

- New applications for foreign workers

- Short term local workers

- Canteen operations

- Foreign worker hostel business

- Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and relevant government bodies.

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years' experience in the foreign worker services industry

- Proven leadership skills - has led a team of at least 5 people

- Strong business development and marketing abilities

- Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese (spoken & written)

- Independent, resourceful, and goal-oriented

- Competitive monthly salary (RM6,000 - RM8,000)

- Profit-sharing bonus (10% of branch profit)
