Set and achieve monthly sales targets for the branch.
Motivate and lead the sales team to meet KPIs (sales, conversion rate, customer satisfaction).
Track daily sales reports, analyze performance, and take corrective actions.
Implement promotions and marketing activities provided by HQ.

Staff Management
Schedule and manage staff attendance, punctuality, and shift rotations.
Conduct staff briefings, training, and performance evaluations.
Handle minor disciplinary issues, warnings, and motivate staff morale.
Ensure teamwork and good communication within the branch.

Customer Service
Ensure every customer receives professional, polite, and efficient service.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
Build strong customer relationships to encourage return visits and referrals.

Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports (sales, expenses, staff performance, incidents).
Record maintenance issues, security incidents, or any irregularities.
Liaise with HQ for supplies, HR, marketing, or accounting matters.

Compliance & Security
Ensure all staff follow safety, hygiene, and security protocols.
Oversee CCTV operation, alarm system, and access control.
Implement anti-theft and loss prevention procedures.
Monitor daily stock movement, prevent loss or theft (with CCTV and dual control).
Verify end-of-day sales reconciliation, cash deposit, and report submission to HQ.
