Alliance Bank is a member of PIDM. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager at Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the branch operations, managing the branch staff, and ensuring the achievement of branch targets and sales objectives. The Branch Manager will also be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, and implementing bank policies and procedures. Qualifications Strong leadership and management skills Experience in branch operations and sales management Excellent customer service skills Knowledge of banking products and services Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities Good communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
