• At least High Secondary, STPM, A-Level, Certificate, Diploma or Degree in any field.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience and/or have a good connection/knowledge or understanding of the motorcycle.
• Proven branch management experience, as a Branch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager or similar role
• Ability to meet sales targets and production goals
• Results-driven and customer-focused
• Leadership and human resources management skills

Tanggungjawab

• Managing and overseeing branch personnel, supervising branch operations, and ensuring efficient operation on a day-to-day basis. Improving productivity and streamlining branch activities to maximize branch sales profit and achieve peak performance levels.
• Developing and implementing sales plans, the ideal candidate must be a sales number-oriented personnel.
• Conducting regular sales and operations meetings
• Organizing and executing training programs for branch personnel
• Evaluating employee performance and providing feedback and coaching as needed
• Briefing employees on current sales goals, promotions, and other relevant information
• Interacting with customers on a regular basis to ensure satisfaction and gain useful feedback
• Resolving customer problems as needed
• Handle customer service for online - Whatsapp, Phone calls, E-mails, Facebook; Develops and implements new customer acquisition and retention initiatives.
