Job Description

Greetings from Komugi! We are currently seeking a talented and passionate Branch Manager to join our team and help us deliver exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

To manage the daily outlet operations and administration and ensure the implementation adhere to Company's -policies. To work closely with respective division for achieving sales target and outlet profitability. To assist in controlling of outlet operating expenses and manages food wastage as per Company's guideline. To execute and promote Company's sales and marketing campaign and activities. To maintain and upkeep outlet image and atmosphere in term of cleanliness, hygiene and tidiness. To ensure the standard of customer service from the outlet team, manage and supervise the overall outlet staff matter including staff personal grooming, outlet recruitment and payroll preparation, staff training, performance evaluation & disciplinary issues. To plan, manage and ensure the sufficient of inventories and products to cater for customers and sales need. To cascade down the information from Company to outlet team. To attend to walk-in customer inquiries / comments / complaints, inform and feedback to head quarter for further action. To monitor servicing of all equipment & all necessary maintenance issues. Other duties which assigned by The Company.

Job Requirement:

Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in a similar role Excellent leadership and organizational planning skills, with the ability to train, motivate and manage a team. Possess good problem-solving skill. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin and any additional language would be an added advantage.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
