(This role requires daily consultation with Mandarin-speaking parents. Please do not apply if you are not fluent in Mandarin.)

to take full ownership of our Puchong Centre.

The Academic Pillar (Headquarters):
We have dedicated Teacher Trainers stationed at your centre. They handle the syllabus, teacher training, and classroom quality.
The Business Pillar (YOU):
You handle the Sales, the Team Culture, the Parents, and the Operations.
You run the business. We handle the academics.
Your Mission: The Business Leader
This is a 60% Sales / 40% Operations role.
1. Drive Enrollments (Sales & Consultation)
The Consultant Approach:
You are the face of the brand. When a parent inquires, you provide a professional consultation to understand their child's needs.
No Cold Calling:
Our marketing team generates the leads. Your job is to reply, book appointments, and close.
The Goal:
Hit your monthly enrollment targets to drive centre profitability (and your own commission).
2. Lead the Team (Operations)
The Captain:
Manage the roster, attendance, and morale of your team.
The Standard:
Ensure the centre is pristine, organized, and running like a well-oiled machine using our proven SOPs.
Who We Are Looking For
We don't need a resume full of teaching experience. We need Commercial Awareness and Drive.
Mandarin Proficiency is Compulsory:
You must be fluent in Mandarin (Spoken & Written) to build rapport with our core parent demographic.
Sales & Service DNA:
You have experience in Retail Management, Insurance Agency Leadership, Hospitality, or Service Chains (e.g., Uniqlo, Watson's, Fitness Sales).
Results Oriented:
You are comfortable with KPIs and Targets. You don't just "do the work"; you want to win.
Systematic:
You appreciate structure. You follow SOPs and ensure data accuracy.
The "Win" Condition (Compensation)
We believe in rewarding high performance transparently.
Total Realistic Package:
RM 4,000 - RM 7,000+ per month.
Base Salary:
RM 4,000 (Guaranteed safety net).
Performance Commission:
Earn up to an additional RM 3,000+ based on a clear formula tied to centre profitability and enrollments.
