- Proven experience in branch management, team leadership, or a supervisory role (min. 3 years preferred)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions
- Lead the branch team to meet sales, service, and operational goals
- Manage day-to-day branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient performance Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics; implement strategies for improvement
- Recruit, train, and develop team members to build a strong and motivated workforce
- Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
