Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Branch Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our indoor swimming pool branch. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership, marketing, selling, and communication skills to ensure smooth operations, achieve branch revenue targets while maintaining good customer satisfaction,Requirement
- Diploma / Bachelor\'s Degree holder from a recognized Institute in any field.
- Minimum experience of 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in a customer-focused or marketing environment.
- Able to communicate well in English, Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia.
- Caring, loving and willing to work with children and toddlers.
- Strong communication skills and teamwork.
- Able to work shifts & weekends (5 days work. 2 days off day on weekdays)
- Work Venue (Elmina Lakeside Mall, Shah Alam)
