Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:



Manage & optimize website operations to ensure a seamless online shopping experience for customers. Monitor & optimize daily website/marketplace operations to ensure smooth transactions and a positive shopping experience. Plan & execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic & sales. Create engaging and relevant content for online platforms to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement. Track & analyse campaign performance, sales reports, and customer data to identify opportunities and propose improvements. Review competitor activities and market trends to support strategy and propose new ideas. Coordinate with sales, marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure timely order fulfilment and smooth campaign execution. Support product launches, online campaigns, and promotional events. Stay updated with e-commerce trends, platform updates, and digital marketing innovations.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
