: Roles & Responsibilities Monthly administrative work - PO Processing & Tracking - Code / PPM follow-up post creation by Product Manager - Price Registration follow-up post creation by Product Manager for NPD/Special Price/Promo : Roles & Responsibilities Monthly administrative work - PO Processing & Tracking - Code / PPM follow-up post creation by Product Manager - Price Registration follow-up post creation by Product Manager for NPD/Special Price/Promo - SDA Process which includes - Submission of SDA for office & academy usage - Submission of SDA socom promotions - Packing / Unpacking of products into brand cupboard/academy - Allocation of PLVs/new launch products to commercial team and customers - Damaged Stock Return keying-in - Updating & managing of stock report on a weekly basis , order form with new SKU/pricing - DFM clearance & liaising with vendors on invoice submission/clearance Social Commerce - Disseminate info/updates to salon for refresh - Follow-up on AVANA back-end listings PR/Media Packing - Liaise with KOL/Media parties on invites/press release/PR kits - Helping on PR event setup & dismantling which includes packing of products/display/liaising with vendor/agency/KOL - Packing & delivery of PR kits to KOL/media - Helping in arrangement of KOL pampering session with KOL & salon Education Support - Help educators Setup of events which includes: - LIVE/class/photoshoot setup/SDA of product samples - Display of products during cycle meeting - Arrangement of flights/hotel booking/miscellaneous - Packing & delivery of PR kits Requirements - Strong organisational skills with excellent time-keeping capabilities - Ability to produce highly accurate work - Ability to take initiative
