Are you ready to take on an exciting role as a Brand Communication Assistant Manager We are looking for a creative and driven individual to join our team at airasia academy. As the Brand Communication Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and disseminating captivating information about airasia academy through engaging content, strategic communications, and media engagement projects. Responsibilities: Forge strong relationships with various media companies, including radio stations, television stations, newspapers, magazines, and digital media organizations. Your goal will be to amplify brand awareness and establish a prominent presence on both conventional and digital media platforms. Lead the development of compelling content, encompassing both written and visual elements, utilizing a range of internal and external platforms such as press releases, articles, social media, and internal announcements. Drive and manage impactful PR campaigns to ensure that airasia academy consistently presents itself in the best possible light to the public. Conduct research and analysis on media engagement and public-related matters, identifying key insights and opportunities for improvement. Monitor mainstream and alternative/digital/social media outlets to proactively address challenges and identify areas for optimizing and enhancing our communications activities. Take the lead and actively participate in events and initiatives related to airasia academy, further strengthening our brand presence and fostering meaningful connections. Requirements: A strong passion for content creation and a natural flair for storytelling. You understand the power of captivating narratives to engage and resonate with our target audience. Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English. Your ability to convey messages clearly and effectively is essential. Thrive in a dynamic environment. You embrace change, adapt quickly, and excel in situations that require flexibility and agility. Perform well under pressure and tight deadlines. You remain calm and composed, delivering high-quality work even in demanding situations. Proven experience in managing social media platforms and executing successful digital media campaigns.
