Job Description


The Brand Digital Marketing Manager will be taking lead for the overall digital marketing strategy and success in promoting the company\'s brand. The role involves creating unique and creative contents that translate the brand value and product strategy into story that attracts the targeted audience. Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, this is a role for a leader in the digital marketing field.

The Brand Digital Marketing Manager will be primarily responsible for the overall success of the company\'s brand in both Malaysia and Singapore markets. Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, this is a role for a leader in the digital marketing field. The key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Planning, designing and publishing relevant contents that align with the company\'s business and marketing objectives to increase brand awareness
  • Creating unique and creative contents to stand out and be distinguished from the competitors
  • Translating the brand value and product strategy into story that attracts the targeted audience
  • Overseeing all aspects of digital marketing programmes such as subscription, VIP club, gifts redemption and campaign microsite
  • Managing brand websites, blogs, social media channels, marketplaces, landing pages and VIP club site
  • Collaborating with internal team as well as third-party content creators to produce quality contents that effectively communicate the brand value to the local market
  • General understanding of SEO, content funnel, content development, distribution and measurement to promote the content effectively
  • Monitoring website analytics and analysing SEO outcomes to measure the effectiveness of digital initiatives
  • Monitoring and optimising website contents and user experience to drive web traffic and engagement on brand-owned channels and media channels
  • Supporting any ad hoc marketing projects and initiatives

The successful candidate shall have a solid track record in creating contents and strong project management skill to deliver results in brand awareness and engagement. Other requirements include:
  • Minimum of Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent working experience
  • Solid understanding of web publishing requirements, SEO experience will be an added advantage
  • Knowledge of marketing automation software and Magento
  • Strong communication and writing skills in both English and Malay
  • Ability to present data concisely and effectively
