About the Role The core responsibilities of this position include supporting the Brand Consultants and Principals in planning and implementing brand marketing initiatives and campaigns to drive AIA\'s strategic goals. The incumbent should demonstrate a clear understanding of brand and marketing concepts applying the right skills and knowledge to ensure a strong and consistent expression of the AIA brand across all communication channels. Roles and Responsibilities 1. Corporate Brand Initiatives Support the Brand Consultants and Principals in the planning and implementation of key brand campaigns to drive the brand awareness and consideration Manage brand-related initiatives as required by Business Users Act as a custodian of brand assets, including videos and image library ensure all assets are up to date and fit for usage Content Hub Management Support the Brand team in the development of always on content for the company\'s proprietary content platform Brief and manage the creative and media agencies\' work Collaborate with the Agency Distribution team to obtain regular feedback from key users of the content platform support the team lead in managing the content calendar Ensure all content developed are on-brand and meet the company\'s strategic marketing goals Customer Marketing Support Collaborate with the Customer Strategy and Management team to develop impactful marketing campaign materials to promote the company\'s proposition and support bottom-funnel conversion Liaise with the relevant stakeholders to promote the marketing campaigns across social/digital communication channels and apps Administrative Responsibilities Ensure Purchase Requisitions are raised on time for all brand-related work Job Requirements Minimum Bachelor\'s degree in Mass Communications, Journalism, Advertising, Public Relations, Marketing or related fields Minimum 5 years working experience in through-the-line marketing Solid understanding of brand and marketing concepts Demonstrates a good understanding of the media landscape, including the digital and social media scene Ability to manage various stakeholders, from business users to external vendors Ability to manage multiple projects under guided supervision Articulate and has a good eye for detail Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin is an added advantage.
