We are located in Bandar Sri Damansara, KL. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Specialist. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning full-funnel strategies on TikTok, Instagram and Facebook. The specialist must be able to undertake industry and competitor research, analyse and optimise ads performance to gauge campaign efficacy. The specialist will also be responsible for effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to drive marketing initiatives and achieve business goals. Formulate and implement digital marketing strategies across platforms such as TikTok Instagram and Facebook to elevate brand exposure and lead generation. Produce collect and oversee compelling content tailored for specific digital platforms including social media websites and email promotions. Undertake market research and competitor evaluations to identify prospects and trends. Improve website content and user interface for SEO and conversion rates. Cooperate with multifaceted teams to ensure consistency with overall marketing objectives. Monitor assess and present key performance indicators encompassing those from TikTok Instagram and Facebook to gauge campaign efficacy. Qualifications A bachelor\'s degree in Marketing Communications or a related field is required. 1 - 3 years of experience in digital marketing, demonstrating a proven track record of driving growth and exceeding KPIs. Agency experience is a plus. Thorough understanding of digital marketing channels tools and best practices is necessary. Proficiency in SEM, social media advertising and email marketing is a must. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data for informed decision-making are required. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential. A creative mindset and a strong sense of design aesthetics are crucial. Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus.
