Accountability for the day-to-day execution of assigned task. Act as a liaison between all departments, vendors and the client to ensure timely completion of projects/ campaigns. Attend and facilitate (as appropriate) all status meetings, client meetings, and client calls. Participate in planning and execution of operational/tactical aspects of campaigns. Monitor both client and agency budgets, including oversight of campaign costs. Provide timely and consistent communication to clients, vendors and internal team on the status of projects When establishing and executing advertising strategy, provide assistance and present ideas Assist in preparing Ad brief through client\'s accordance and data analysis Assist various data research and analysis for establishing alternatives of brand/marketing communication strategy, market trends & competitor\'s trend/analysis Meticulous and attention to detail on reports, visuals, and assigned tasks. Share internal/external information, insight, knowledge and etc. Follow work process and organization operation policies Any other reasonable duties, functions, or responsibilities assigned to you from time to time Thorough understanding of agency functions. Strong communication skills. Excellent in self-management skills. Detail-oriented, with excellent coordination and follow-through skills. Strong sense of initiative, a team player, and ability to work under pressure Qualifications Final year final semester students Minimum diploma in mass communication, marketing, or any related field High levels of initiative, self-motivation and time management Desire to be creative and try new things. Strong passion for impactful content/activation, especially for the digital and social environments.
