  • Ensure accountability for the daily execution of assigned tasks.
  • Serve as a liaison between departments, vendors, and clients to ensure projects/campaigns are completed in a timely manner.
  • Attend and facilitate (as appropriate) status meetings, client meetings, and client calls.
  • Participate in planning and executing operational and tactical aspects of campaigns.
  • Monitor client and agency budgets, including overseeing campaign costs.
  • Provide timely and consistent communication to clients, vendors, and the internal team regarding project status.
  • Offer assistance and present ideas when establishing and executing advertising strategies.
  • Assist in preparing advertising briefs in accordance with client requirements and data analysis.
  • Aid in conducting data research and analysis to explore alternative brand/marketing communication strategies, market trends, and competitor analysis.
  • Pay meticulous attention to detail in reports, visuals, and assigned tasks.
  • Share internal and external information, insights, and knowledge.
  • Adhere to work processes and organizational operational policies.
  • Fulfill any other reasonable duties, functions, or responsibilities assigned periodically.
  • Possess a thorough understanding of agency functions.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills.
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational, time management, and self-management skills.
  • Display attention to detail, along with exceptional coordination and follow-through skills.
  • Possess a strong sense of initiative, work well in a team, and handle pressure effectively.
Qualifications
  • Possess a genuine enthusiasm for acquiring experience in a marketing and advertising agency.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrate the ability to multitask, prioritize, efficiently manage time, and thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in English communication is essential for candidates.
  • Applicants must either be Malaysian citizens.
