Job Responsibility Develop the Brand/Marketing Plan in the scope of innovation, activation, advertising, digital marketing, and promotion for deployment of the plan. Working in a multifunctional team to execute the plan and monitors performance of the support plans also builds productive working relationship with sales team, distributors, marketing team in HQ, finance, and supply chain to manage brand s day to day operations, external partners, and agencies. Do the on-going analysis and review of consumer, category, channel/customer, and competitive information as part of a situation assessment on brand performance and identify growth opportunity. Provide input to volume forecasting, financial updates and monitors key indicators and drivers of brand performance (6Ps). Recommend solutions and implement improvements to meet annual KPIs. Assist & report to the Brand Manager/Business Unit Head for achieving brand KPI such as: sales, marketing expense, P&L & help to drive the profitability of the brand. Job Requirements Bachelor/master s in marketing management, business, nutritional, food science/technology or equivalent education background. Minimum 2 years of working as brand or marketing executive. Preferable with the background of handling the health supplement or medical nutritional products or FMCG product in Malaysia market. Strong presentation & communication skills, project management & analysis skills with data driven. Ability to work and multitask in a fast-paced environment and committed to work long term. Outstanding track record of historical working experience and trustworthy personality. Can speak in English & Mandarin.
