Brand Manager (aesthetic)

Job Description


You will be responsible for achieving sales and marketing objectives for the Aesthetics Business Unit. This includes fostering creativity, collaborating with cross-functional teams, providing sales support, leveraging scientific resources, and managing budgets. Additionally, your role also contributes to marketing plans, implements tactical programs, supports business objectives, and performs special projects as needed.

Marketing and Product Management:

  • Develop strategic marketing plans and set sales targets for the products.
  • Create and execute innovative tactical programs to support sales activities and enhance brand performance.
  • Contribute to business unit meetings to facilitate ideas and results, aligned with company\'s culture.
  • Provide ongoing reports on the aesthetic business, covering key issues, opportunities, competitive activity, and progress.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies to ensure compliance and successful marketing execution.
  • Manage major events, regional meetings, and workshops, as well as adhere to quality management and compliance requirements.
Budget Management:
  • Manage the annual budget for the Aesthetics Business Unit.
  • Maintain accurate expenditure records and forecast inventory requirements.
  • Oversee stocks ordering, shipment monitoring, and short expiry stock management.
  • Collaborate with the sales team, training department, and logistics team for accurate product forecasts and requirements.
Team Management & Sales Force Execution:
  • Foster a positive team environment and demonstrate leadership behaviors aligned with company\'s culture.
  • Set achievable goals that support the strategic direction of products and portfolios.
  • Monitor goal progress and provide product line communications data.
  • Stay updated on market trends and conditions through regular communication with the sales team.
  • Provide training on marketing material usage and support sales effectiveness improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Training Manager to develop and implement a field force training strategy.

Bachelor\'s degree in Science/Health Sciences; MBA preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 3 years in product management.

Regional experience in Product Management/Brand Management in the Pharma industry is desirable.

Strong understanding of the hospital environment and experience in developing Key Opinion Leader (KOL) relationships.
