Overview:We are looking for an experienced Brand Manager who will provide operational marketing support in the development and maintenance of the 3-year and 5-year strategic plans for all brands, in collaboration with our Regional Managers and Distributors.Responsibilities:The role develops, proposes, implements and monitors 12-month brand/product plans and strategies to achieve sales, EBITDA, sales and brand equity growth for all brands across all trade channels to include MRO, Automotive, Industrial (hardware/Chemical), HTO and DIY.Provides relevant and locally impactful support for all customers/distributors across all areas of the Marketing Mix including Advertising, Trade Marketing, Promotions, Sponsorship, PR, Sampling Events, and building 3rd Party relationships with omni channel activation, wherever possible.The Brand Manager also investigates, develops, refines and completes all Brand Development and NPD from ideation to distribution and activation across diverse platforms. Co-responsible for analysis, identification, development and introduction of new product bundles, formulations and packaging in collaboration with other functions to maximize sales opportunities throughout Asia.
