As our company is growing, we are looking for candidates to join our expanding team in preparing for our new product which will be launched soon. JOB SUMMARY In this role, you will be required to
  • Market Takeda Dengue Vaccine, design, develop and implement promotional programs to promote Takeda Dengue Vaccine through omnichannel assets, events and engagement activities
  • Support Senior Brand Manager in brand strategies development and execution, including brand\xe2\x80\x99s direction, advertising, pricing, expense budgeting, outline plans and future product development and life cycle management
  • Prepare and coordinate vaccine launch activities
  • Analyse, track and evaluate brand performance and provide updates to management
  • Support development and manage key opinion leaders, brand advocates and speakers for CME events/talks
  • Work effectively across LOC functions to enhance brand value offering and brand performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES a) Market analysis/insight gathering
  • Internal & external market and sales data analysis
  • Review relevant journals and articles
  • Gather market intelligence through field contact/customer interact
  • Commission market research when required
b) Contribution to strategy and objectives
  • Support formulation of marketing strategies according to market insights, aligning with area, regional and global strategies
  • Present strategies to cross functional and management team for endorsement
c) Develop and execute tactical plan
  • Focus on executing tactical plan which align with brand strategy in collaboration with cross functional team to achieve targeted results
  • Obtain appropriate approval for promotional materials (via Promo Mats) and promotional activities (via GEARS) with relevant department and stakeholders
  • Support Sr. BM in planning and conducting pre-POA meetings with Medical and Sales team
  • Effective testing of POA materials and communication tools with internal & external customers
  • Solicit market and customer feedback on brand related promotional activities
  • Evaluation of post marketing activities e.g. Takeda initiated, 3rd party organized events, etc
  • Planning and organizing of communication materials (e.g. speakers slide, brand materials, etc) for HCP engagement events
d) Digital Marketing Planning & Execution
  • Implement and track the use of digital marketing campaigns for omnichannel HCP engagement
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (e.g. KPIs and ROI)
e) Brand Plan Implementation
  • Drive brand plan execution, align with brand strategies and priorities. Forecast brand\xe2\x80\x99s sales and market share growth and align with inventory forecast
  • Support Senior Brand Manager in budget planning or strategic review meetings
f) Cost/Budget Control
  • Monitor and manage A&P spend within budget
  • Propose marketing/promotional budget spend to Sr Brand Manager, aligning to brand strategic investment
g) Product Champion
  • Represent the brand/product in all parts of the business ensuring effective cross-function collaboration among Marketing, Sales, Medical, Regulatory, Compliance and Finance.
  • Maintain an updated and detailed product information and literature regarding products, disease states and treatment options of Takeda brand and its competitors
  • Provide product information to internal and external customers as required
  • Support development of comprehensive product training manual for the product
  • Support development of presentations for product training programs covering:
    • Product features and benefits
    • Information on competitor comparison
    • Market review
  • Support Sr Brand Manager in delivering product training to the sales force as required
  • Support field visit/work with sales representatives and Vaccines Project Liaisons on regular basis
All the above covers support to total market, including Institutional Business market QUALIFICATION / ATTRIBUTES
  • Undergraduate degree in Science / Applied Science / Business and preferably with basic Marketing knowledge
  • Min 2 years of commercial experience in pharmaceutical industry (sales/marketing); Marketing experience in pharmaceutical industry preferred.
  • Experience in covering Vaccines portfolio will be an added advantage.
  • Able to analyse complex scientific data in the context of pharmaceutical industry
  • Good business acumen
  • Excellent written and verbal presentation skills
  • High sense of urgency, planning and action and result-oriented,
