Company Overview
The organisation has been producing face masks for 30 years and is one of the world\xe2\x80\x99s leading pioneers of making single-use medical grade face masks. As a global industrial manufacturer, it exports over 90% of its products to Europe, North America, Australia, and Asia continent.

Responsibilities:

• To Lead marketing and commercial plans for Malaysia\xe2\x80\x99s pioneer in surgical face mask manufacturing.
• Will be assigned various branding projects requiring talent to work with cross-functional team to build cohesive commercial plans
• Lead and collaborate with different subject matter experts to deliver end-to-end plans for the brand including qualifying communication ideas, packaging design, adjusting portfolio pricing and in-store POSM planning to roll out
• New Product Development projects will be assigned; requiring talent to drive it end to end from Concept to Exploration to Development and into Launch.
• Report to the Senior Marketing Manager and work extensively with colleagues from Sales, R&D and Operations
• Lead / Co-lead marketing projects covering multi-channel marketing touch points
• Lead New Product Development projects (end to end) from Concept to Exploration to Development and into Launch
• Close follow thru with agencies and cross functional departments to ensure excellence in execution
• Craft promotion/pricing strategy and customer/distributor trade terms with the local trade team
• Deliver consistent with Post Campaign evaluation with insightful learnings and actionable next steps

Requirements:

• A college degree (Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or Master\xe2\x80\x99s is fine, preferably with Marketing or business focus)
• This is managerial position (2-3 years of brand management, or project development management.
• Strong self-starter and proactive in taking initiatives
• Forward-thinking and courageous to try
• Strength in strategic and analytical thinking
• An ability to drive innovation and brand growth
• Strong ability to communicate and team management capabilities
• Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
• Must be able to read and write Mandarin
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
• Willing to work in Subang Jaya, Selangor
