Job Responsibility As a Brand Manager, you will have the opportunity to conduct market research monitor trends, and develop and execute marketing strategies that promote our high-quality jigsaw puzzles and games. With a focus on brand consistency and an eye for exceptional design, you will analyze sales data and marketing metrics to make data-driven decisions about our products and services. By building and maintaining relationships with suppliers distributors and retailers you will continue to drive Puzzle Planet\'s growth and success. Key Responsibilities Conducting market research to identify consumer needs, preferences, and trends. Assisting in the development of marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the brand and increase sales. Coordinating with suppliers and managing the sourcing and procurement of materials and products necessary for the brand. Analyzing sales data and marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions. Coordinating with internal teams such as product development, sales, and design to ensure brand guidelines are followed across all marketing materials. Managing budgets for marketing campaigns and activities. Creating and managing social media content and campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement. Coordinating with external agencies such as advertising, public relations, and media agencies to execute marketing campaigns. Participating in the development and execution of events and promotions to promote the brand. Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats to the brand. Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, distributors, and retailers to ensure the brand is properly represented and to maintain a consistent supply chain. Assisting in the development of new products and services that align with the brand\'s strategy and values. A bachelor\'s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. Experience in marketing or brand management will be a bonus. Understanding of market research techniques and data analysis. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills. Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with marketing automation tools. Knowledge of social media platforms and their use in brand promotion. A creative and strategic mindset with the ability to think outside the box. Familiarity with branding guidelines and the ability to ensure brand consistency. Willingness to learn and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices. Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English (both spoken and written). Knowledge of Mandarin is highly desirable.
