ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for strategizing full year brand plans and seeing through the plans from planning to execution and ensuring that targets within the annual operating plans are met. Review and analyse brand and campaign performances against goals and create plans to meet goals, drive revenue, share and growth for the brands. Evaluate brand image and awareness and ensure ad placement relevancy with optimum ROI in media buy. Review and analyse consumer insights, competitors, market trends and opportunities for both brands and new products. Oversee all promotion plans and new product launches to ensure that plans in line with brand activities and revenue targets. Develop engaging content and drive engagement for current digital plans and ensure KPIs are set for campaigns and agencies. Develop customised plans for business development team to pitch for new customers. Monitor brand budgets and ensure that all spent are optimized. Conduct P&L for campaigns and develop proposal for product price strategy. Manage all downgauge and cost efficiency exercises for the brand. Work closely with PR to ensure optimum coverage for brand related activities. REQUIREMENTS Degree in Marketing, Business or any related fields Minimum 5 years\' experience in similar role Knowledge of market research practices and techniques Experienced in project management, budget and cost analysis Experienced in media buying from multiple platforms including digital Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
