Responsibilities Planning and executing marketing initiatives including campaigns, events, sponsorships and corporate social responsibility programs. Building brand awareness and increasing brand value and profitability. Increasing sales and market share. Overseeing the production of advertisements, promotional materials and campaigns. Researching and analyzing consumer behavior, market trends and competitor activity. Establishing budgets, performance specifications and sales estimates. Developing and implementing strategies that resonate with the target market and to build the credibility of brands. Measuring and reporting on campaign performance and assessing KPIs and ROI. Identifying and pursuing strategic partnerships and collaborations that can enhance the brand\'s reach and reputation. Collaborating with different departments to maintain brand consistency. Ensuring that messaging and marketing activities are aligned with brand and company values. Requirements Top qualities: highly agile, communicate well, attention to detail, assertive, effective & fast pace. Minimum Degree in marketing/advertising, business administration or relevant discipline. Proven experience as brand manager or similar role. Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods. Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices. Excellent communication and people skills, fluent in both Bahasa Malaysia and Bahasa English. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Creative thinking and commercial awareness. Proficient in MS Office. Able to exercise a high degree of tact and professionalism when dealing with various situations. Able to work under pressure and meeting tight deadlines. Flexible with working hours and working days, able to work during weekends and Public Holiday, when required. Willing to travel, when required.
