Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute the implementation of brand plans and activities as stated in the operational brand plan to ensure brand objectives are met and support the overall objectives. Drive development for point-of-sale communication materials and ensure materials produced meet the campaign objectives Constantly monitor performance of brand activities and provide recommendations to correct performance shortfalls where necessary Actively manage brand activity budget and spend, to ensure that the team derives the best value from marketing spend and are within the budget limits Drive in immediate & long-term overall brand and category plans for the company in light of changing marketing environment and business fields which may affect this environment. Prepare Annual Strategic Plan and Budget to satisfy the company\'s immediate & long-term profit and growth goals. Assist in driving the category brand performance and brand penetration by implementing effective category and growth plan. Liaise with other Functional Heads and other managers to ensure difficulties obstructing the progression of the marketing programme are overcome. Keeps abreast of market developments reinforced by at least once in a month field visits to the trade. Maintains contact with the Sales and Trade Marketing to plan and ensure full support on consumer and on ground activities. Job Requirements: Preferably degree holder in Business, Marketing or related fields from recognized universities or higher centre of education. Must had related working experience from FMCG industry. At least 7 years of relevant working experience from FMCG branding Excellent Good Communication Skill Good Presentation Skill Qualities such as self discipline, self-motivation and self-starter.
