Develop and implement partnership and CSR roadmaps that align with brand objectives as well as national health and education priorities.
Propose creative, high-impact initiatives tailored to different life stages -- children, teens, working adults, and seniors -- ensuring relevance and meaningful engagement.
Product and Branding Development
Develop, oversee, and maintain brand-specific assets such as product photos, videos, brand CI, social media content, and supporting merchandise.
Plan and execute end-to-end marketing strategies, including brand campaigns and tactical initiatives.
Public Relation Communication
Track and evaluate partnership performance to optimise campaigns, automation, segmentation, and channel reach through branding projects, cross-collaborations, influencer marketing, and event collateral development.
Engagement with External Stakeholder
Build, maintain, and expand relationships with key external partners, including hospitals, clinics, and medical centres, schools (private, international, government, colleges, universities), NGOs, community groups, and corporate partners
Represent the company in proposal presentations, negotiations, and collaboration discussions.
Program and Event Execution
Lead events and programs from planning to on-ground execution, serving as the main project driver and "event master."
Work closely with internal teams -- marketing, creative, retail, and others -- to ensure smooth, aligned execution.
Uphold brand standards, industry accuracy, and a high-quality customer experience across every touchpoint.
Optimisation & Reporting
Prepare thorough post-event reports, including evaluations, photo documentation, and key takeaways.
Consolidate feedback, engagement metrics, participant reach, and ROI for each activation.
Propose continuous improvements and optimisation strategies based on data and insights.
Budget and Compliance
Manage and track budgets, ensuring spending stays on target while exploring cost-efficient alternatives when necessary.
Ensure all external engagements strictly follow corporate governance requirements and align with brand guidelines.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
4-7 years of experience in brand development, corporate communications, partnership strategy, business development, and/or community event management.
Experience in healthcare, education, or consumer brands is a strong plus.
Strong project management and coordination skills.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.
Confident presenter, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders (e.g., school principals, hospital administrators).
Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Collaborative team player who works well across multiple departments.
Able to provide timely updates to internal stakeholders for clear visibility and alignment.
Comfortable working independently and in cross-functional teams.
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.
