Eco Mart is a fast-growing convenience store chain built around the idea of "Making Life Easier." With over 40 outlets across Klang Valley and more opening soon, we aim to redefine the neighbourhood mart experience through thoughtful design, curated product selections, and meaningful community engagement.

We're looking for someone who's creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about retail branding -- to help bring our campaigns, visuals, and activations to life.

Role Overview:



As the Brand & Marketing Assistant Manager, you will support the Brand Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing and branding activities for Eco Mart.

You'll be involved in everything from store launches, social media campaigns, visual merchandising, and supplier collaborations, to ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both creative and operational work -- able to brainstorm ideas, coordinate vendors, and make sure every detail runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities



1. Brand & Visual Identity

- Assist in maintaining and executing Eco Mart's brand guidelines across stores and marketing channels.

- Coordinate design materials such as posters, signage, digital visuals, and in-store communication.

- Ensure all creative outputs meet brand tone and quality standards.

2. Marketing Campaigns & Promotions

- Support in planning and executing marketing calendars (store openings, festive promos, supplier tie-ups).

- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams on marketing assets, social media visuals, and POSM materials.

- Track campaign performance and compile post-campaign reports.

3. Store Openings & On-Ground Support

- Manage brand preparation for new store launches -- signage, decorations, opening events, and photography.

- Liaise with contractors, designers, and operations to ensure branding readiness before launch.

4. Content & Communication

- Assist in crafting social media captions, in-store messages, and internal communication materials.

- Coordinate with photo/video teams for creative shoots.

5. Administration & Coordination

- Manage timelines, artwork approvals, and vendor quotations.

- Ensure marketing materials are printed, delivered, and installed on schedule.

- Support in budget tracking and invoice coordination.

Requirements



- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.

- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, retail, or FMCG.

- Strong eye for design and attention to detail.

- Proficient in Canva, PowerPoint/Keynote, and social media platforms.

- Excellent communication and coordination skills.

- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus).

Bonus Skills

- Experience in convenience retail or lifestyle brands.

-Basic design knowledge (Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator).

-Experience with photography, video content, or event coordination.

Pay: RM4,007.85 - RM5,000.00 per month
