The Brand Marketing Manager will drive strategic brand initiatives to strengthen brand equity. Functioning as a brand custodian representing all aspects to stakeholders and consumers.

• Drive the national brand and marketing calendar to achieve business growth and strengthen brand equity.
• Implement global and regional brand strategies locally, ensuring alignment across all channels and touchpoints.
• Lead integrated marketing campaigns, including ATL, BTL, PR, social media, and digital initiatives.
• Manage influencer partnerships, athlete relationships, and local market activations to boost engagement.
• Oversee category performance, forecasting, and pricing strategies to meet sales and margin targets.
• Support GTM processes and key account meetings to optimize product range and sell-through.
• Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering talent development and collaboration.

A successful Senior Brand Manager should have:
