At the heart of this urban transformation is The Exchange TRX, a city defining development designed to create the ultimate experiential environment, from retail to dining, entertainment and world class hotels.The Exchange TRX is a 17-acre integrated development set to become one of Asiaxe2x80x99s leading lifestyle hubs. The mall is a 1.3 million sq ft of next-generation retail space will include a 10-acre rooftop park.We are looking for build our mall team and would like to invite aspiring individuals to apply for the following role:Brand Parnership Executive (The Exchange TRX )As a Brand Partnership Executive, your primary role is to manage and support the sales & marketing operations of short-term tenants, often referred to as "pushcarts" or "kiosks, pop-up and events" to occupy available spaces including in-mall advertising for a limited period.Your duties include but are not limited to the following:Managing inbound businesses or vendors interested in setting up temporary retail & in-mall advertising operations in the mall.Building and maintaining relationships with existing tenants, as well as identifying opportunities to upsell or extend lease agreements for current tenants.Facilitating onboarding process for new short-term tenants.Allocating available spaces in the mall to tenants based on their specific needs and the mall's layout. Ensuring that spaces are utilized efficiently and that tenants have the necessary infrastructure (electricity, water, etc.) for their operations.Managing rental income, tracking payments, and ensuring that tenants adhere to lease terms and make timely payments.Keeping track of leasing activity, occupancy rates, and revenue generated from casual leasing. Providing regular reports to management on the performance of the casual leasing program.Assisting with overall strategic planning of the casual leasing program.Assisting with data & research to provide actionable insights.Addressing any issues or disputes that may arise between tenants and resolving them in a professional and efficient manner.RequirementBachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field is preferred.Experienced in property management, fit-out, tenancy administration, casual mall leasing, events.Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.Strong understanding of the retail industry and knowledge of local leasing regulations and lawsExcellent negotiation and communication skills.Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.Meticulous with procedural managements and workflows.Proactive and demonstrates solid collaborative skills.We create award-winning urban precincts, new communities, retail precincts, and workplaces to the highest sustainability standards.
