Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Public Relations or related field
2 - 3 years of experience in a marketing or public relations role
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of market research and analysis techniques
Familiarity with social media and digital marketing platforms
Experience with brand management and public relations
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with media outlets and influencers
Ability to communicate, read, and write in Mandarin, English, and Malay

Brand Strategy: Develop and implement brand strategies that align with the company goals and enhance brand visibility.
Brand Messaging: Develop clear and compelling brand messaging, ensuring consistency across all channels and materials.
Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, consumer insights, and competitive positioning to inform brand efforts.
Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and manage content across social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc) to engage our audience and grow our following.
Content Creation & Development: Design eye-catching graphics and write compelling copy for social media posts, blogs, and marketing materials tailored for different audiences and platforms.
Campaign Development & Support: Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns, including paid advertising, promotions, and events that enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media performance using analytics tools, prepare reports, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Undertake ad-hoc tasks assigned by Management from time-to-time.
