Job Description


We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Specialist for our prestigious client in the digital marketing industry. This is a remote position based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective social media marketing strategies to drive paid traffic and increase brand visibility.
  • Manage and optimize social media campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Conduct research and stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing to enhance campaign performance.
  • Collaborate closely with the content team to create engaging and compelling social media content that aligns with the brand\'s voice and objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign metrics and provide regular reports to track performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of entrepreneur courses and effectively communicate their value proposition to the target audience.
  • Fluency in written Chinese is a must, while Cantonese speaking is highly preferred to facilitate communication with local clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
  • Work closely with graphic designers to ensure visually appealing and on-brand creatives and maintain effective communication throughout the design process.
  • Collaborate with team members to share knowledge, learn from others\' ideas, and continuously improve strategies and campaigns.
Qualifications:
  • Min. 2 years of experience in social media paid traffic, managing social media, and knowledge in entrepreneur courses.
  • Proficiency in written Chinese is essential, while fluency in Cantonese is highly preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for digital marketing and advertising.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with graphic designers and other team members.
  • Proactive attitude and ability to adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing digital marketing landscape.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas to optimize campaign performance.
