We are seeking both a highly skilled Digital Marketing Executive to join our passionate team. This role require individuals who are enthusiastic about digital marketing, possess a deep understanding of various digital channels, and are committed to achieving outstanding results for our clients. Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management:
Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., social media, Google Ads, email marketing, SEO).
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, adjusting strategies to optimize results.
Content Creation & Management:
Develop and manage content for social media, blogs, and other digital platforms to engage target audiences.
Collaborate with designers and content creators to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels.
Social Media Management:
Oversee and manage all social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) by creating engaging content, scheduling posts, and interacting with followers.
Stay updated on social media trends and implement new features or platforms to increase brand visibility.
Analytics & Reporting:
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital marketing initiatives.
Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Client Liaison:
Work closely with clients to understand their marketing goals and provide strategic recommendations.
Ensure timely communication and updates regarding campaign progress and results.
Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive activity.
Use insights to inform campaign strategies and improve overall marketing effectiveness.
Budget Management:
Manage and optimize the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across campaigns.
Monitor spend against budget, providing regular updates to senior management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing, with a minimum of 2 years managing campaigns.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
Exceptional communication and analytical skills.
