Inventory & Stock Control
Manage inventory and carry out scheduled monthly stock audits.
Perform daily opening and closing stock counts; resolve discrepancies within 2-3 working days.
Update the range plan regularly to reflect new arrivals and stock movement.
Implement theft prevention protocols to reduce inventory loss.
Maintain up-to-date and accurate stock records and relevant documentation.
Supervise merchandise handling to:
Reduce stock shrinkage and promptly report irregularities.
Ensure packaging materials are well-stocked and used efficiently.
Store Maintenance & Visual Merchandising
Keep the store environment clean, orderly, and inviting.
Safeguard the condition of merchandise, displays, and store fixtures.
Apply brand visual merchandising standards to uphold a high-impact store presentation.
Professionalism & Product Knowledge
Maintain thorough product knowledge and understanding of brand heritage.
