Key Responsibilities

Boutique Operations

Ensure merchandise is consistently replenished and well-presented. Compile required data for sales and customer service reporting. Adhere to daily opening and closing procedures. Process sales transactions and handle cash in compliance with SOPs.

Sales Performance

Meet or exceed individual and boutique monthly sales targets.

Customer Service

Deliver outstanding customer service with service excellence at all times. Handle customer complaints tactfully with proper follow-up. Represent and uphold the company's luxury brand image. Provide basic after-sales service support. Maintain, grow, and update the customer database. Guide and mentor new staff on customer service practices.

Grooming Standards

Maintain a polished, professional, and well-groomed appearance. Comply with the company's grooming standards.

Stock & Inventory Management

Oversee inventory control and monthly stock counts assigned by the Boutique Manager. Conduct daily opening and closing stock checks; resolve discrepancies within 2-3 days. Update range plans promptly based on new shipments. Implement preventive security measures against theft and pilferage. Ensure accurate and timely stock documentation. Monitor merchandising to: Minimize shrinkage and report discrepancies immediately. Replenish packaging materials and control wastage.

Housekeeping & Visual Merchandising

Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the store at all times. Ensure proper care of merchandise, fixtures, and store furniture. Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and displays.

Professional Conduct & Product Knowledge

Demonstrate strong product knowledge consistently. Take initiative, be proactive, and support the team in daily operations. Build good rapport and communication with colleagues and customers. Exhibit professionalism and integrity in all interactions.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
